Meet The Team
Wade Holbrook
Co-Owner, Acting President & CEO
Wade and Kay Holbrook are the owners of both International PaperBox and Powder Coatings of Utah. Wade is the acting President and CEO while Kay is CFO.
Wade’s career began with 4 years developing pilot plants for precious metal separation all around the world. After working for 8 additional years in outside technical sales, Wade purchased his first company in 2002, Powder Coatings of Utah and the second in 2004, International PaperBox. He is actively involved in the companies and continues to grow using Lean Manufacturing concepts with a focus on continuous improvements for both customers and employees. Wade’s focus is to have a premier folding carton plant at International PaperBox. Besides investing in the IPB employees, he has invested in the best equipment, adding a new KBA 106 printing press, a new Bobst ExpertFold and a Bobst ExpertCut all in 2023. Wade has a BS degree in chemical engineering from BYU.
Kay Holbrook
Co-Owner, & CFO
Wade and Kay Holbrook are the owners of both International PaperBox and Powder Coatings of Utah. Wade is the acting President and CEO while Kay is CFO.
Kay Holbrook spent the first few years of her career at a software company in the accounting department in consolidation and intercompany accounting of its foreign subsidiaries. She returned to her career to help Wade grow and develop a portfolio of companies and formulate a long-term strategy for growth, charitable work, and retirement. She too is involved in the daily activities and growth of their businesses and can do anything from help run production to oversee the finances. Kay has a BS degree in Business Management – Finance from BYU.
Wade and Kay are the parents of 6 children and reside in Alpine, UT.
Bruce Craven
Controler
With over 8 years of experience and degrees in Accounting and Business, Bruce is an expert at solving any problems that may arise while ensuring that invoices are created and sent out in a timely manner, bills are paid, and Payroll and HR are managed efficiently. Additionally, he handles purchasing for the company and is always on the lookout for the latest and greatest gizmos to improve International PaperBox's processes.
When he's not at work, Bruce enjoys being involved in local theater, whether it's performing, directing, or simply watching. Theater has always been a passion of his, and he has a supportive family that includes his wife, 5 children, and 19 grandchildren.
Ben Zaring
Production Manager
With over 19 years of dedicated experience in the print and packaging industry, Ben brings a proven track record of overseeing operations and ensuring rigorous compliance with customer standards. He has a passion for print and truly enjoys the production floor. Adding the new equipment here at International PaperBox has opened up new ideas and challenges.
He enjoys the outdoors because, like print, every hike and every job is different and unique. The opportunity to learn something new is always present. Print keeps evolving and allows him to develop new skills. He possesses a keen understanding of workflow management, takes pride in his accomplishments, and relishes tackling new challenges in this dynamic field.
